Unique Sunglasses
Everybody loves sunglasses. We all have at least one pair. They provide so many benefits that it is hard to come up with a good reason not to wear them. You may have a pair of Kate Spades, or Jackie O's, or maybe a pair of Aviators, but what about the unique styles described below?
Doggie Sunglasses
Some people treat their dogs like people and even go to the extreme of dressing them in cute outfits, and, yes, buying them sunglasses. You might have a hard time picturing your dog in a pair of Aviators but the truth is, dogs need to protect their eyes just as much as humans do. You might have a harder time getting your dog to keep his Aviators on! Well, thankfully someone has created sunglasses made especially for dogs in a goggle style so they can be secured around the head with a strap. These sunglasses offer additional protection to the pooches who stick their heads out of a moving car window. These doggie sunglasses keep out dust and debris as well as harmful UV rays.
Baby Sunglasses
Child sized sunglasses are common, but baby sized glasses? If a baby wearing sunglasses doesn't get you to say 'Awww', then nothing will. Sure they are cute, but are they necessary? When you consider that a baby is a very sensitive creature with extremely sensitive eyes, you might realize the importance of protecting them from harmful UV rays. In addition, babies have somewhat blurry vision anyway. Combine that with the glare from the sun and you can see how baby sunglasses offer a double benefit. So anytime you take your baby outside into the sun, be sure to put on his sunglasses. And be sure to take lots of pictures!
Flip-up Sunglasses
Flip up sunglasses have been around for a long time but they still seem odd. This weird design is actually quite useful in that you can turn your regular prescription glasses into prescription sunglasses with a flip of the lens.
Mirror Sunglasses
Mirror sunglasses are often associated with police officers but they are also fun to wear to creep out your friends. They are useful too in that they block out a high percentage of glare and UV rays. There is just something about looking at someone wearing mirror sunglasses and not being able to see their eyes - but seeing your own reflection instead - that is quite unsettling.
Sunglasses come in all kinds of styles and sizes. Some are worn strictly for eye protection, others are a fashion statement and others are worn just for fun.
